“I would like to make a few comments on Arlington Place. I came here as I was no longer able to live alone. That was 2 years ago. I had a bad back and had to use a walker. I was in a great deal of pain. I walked all bent over. Then I joined the Senior Fitness Class at Arlington Place, called “Live 2 B Healthy”. I give all the credit to my recovery to participating in this class 3 times a week. You only do what you are able to do. After a period of time I was able to stand up straight again, and I started to lose my back pain, all from just exercising. One of the first things I noticed was, I was able to reach over my shoulder to get my seat belt on. Little by little I could see improvement. Now I can walk without a walker or cane or assistance, what so ever. I credit all my improvement to my stay here at Arlington Place and their exercise program.
